…because, if you don’t come in contact with the virus, you won’t become infected.

人を集める行動は、ある意味殺人と思って、行動しないと。
読み違えても、経営が少し悪くなるだけ。
人が亡くなるような経営は出来ません。

Actions which gather people together, are the same as committing murder, so we won’t do that.
If we consider that from another angle, it’s a little bad for business,  but..
I can’t operate this business in a way which causes people to die.
 

各事業部ごとで、お客さんが居たり、元請けさんが居たり、事情がちがうので、取り組みも違うと思いますが、働き方を変えたり、業務のサービスを変えたりしながら、現状を乗り越えていきます。

For each of our company departments, there are different customers, different prime contractors, and different situations and so the ways to go about business are all different. While we go about the various tasks of our company, we have to make an effort to get over this phenomenon.

当たり前にテレビに出てた身近とも思える方が亡くなり、コロナ恐怖が現実的になった人も多いと思います。
最後にも世の中に大きな影響を与えてくれました。
ショックです。
