緊急事態宣言も出されておらず、
兵庫県に関しては、4/8日から青信号を出すと知事が言うておられます。
The Governor of Hyogo Prefecture has given the green light from the 8th of April, without declaring a emergency situation.

地域の状況にもよりますが、よーく考えて保護者が判断してあげないといけないですね。
It depends on what area you are in, but parental guardians must really carefully think about the situation before deciding what to do.

昔、現場で一緒に働いていた年上の同僚が
「日曜に仕事するか、せんかは会社が決めればいい。ただ行くか行かんかは、俺が決める！」
A long while ago, a superior of mine working at the work-site said,
"It is the company's choice as to whether to do work on Sunday, or not. But whether I go or not is my choice!"

って言うてて、当時は、笑ってましたが、今となっては自分で生きるって考えなんだなと感心します。
At that time I laughed, but now I think that person's concept of living and deciding as an individual is a wonderful one.
